Service Design Partner

High Speed Two (HS2) Limited seeks to appoint a single supplier as a development partner, who can help develop an engaging and easily understood customer experience and strategy from existing project information. In addition, the supplier will be required to identify and carry out additional research to inform the proposed customer experience. The contract period is 6 months between February 2018 and August 2018, with the option to extend for a further 3 months.
