Lifts Technical Consultancy Services

*This is for information only, as the contract has been awarded* Following completion of this tender process, West Kent proposes to enter into a Contract with the successful Supplier for an initial period of three (3) years plus up to two (2) one-year extensions at West Kent's discretion and performance depending. The scope of services will include: • General technical support and advice for all passenger, light goods and disabled access lifts / hoists queries; • Specification writing; • Project management and maintenance contractor performance monitoring, including leading on regular review meetings; • Site surveys, auditing and inspections; • Examination, condition and dilapidation reports; • Compliance assurance.

There will also be a requirement to support West Kent's Property team with the procurement of its third-party lifts maintenance contractor(s) during the second half of 2024.
