Consultancy service for Project Frond phase 1 & 2

Merseytravel are looking to procure consultancy support to develop and deliver a study considering options for the organisation, contracting and operation of the Merseyrail network post-2028. It is anticipated that the contract will be 3 months, phase one with a potential three month extension for phase two should this be required. This study will be a standalone piece of work, but will be used as part of future work in this area (which will be subject to a separate procurement process).
