## Description

Merseytravel are looking to procure consultancy support to develop and deliver a study considering options for the organisation, contracting and operation of the Merseyrail network post-2028\. It is anticipated that the contract will be 3 months, phase one with a potential three month extension for phase two should this be required\. This study will be a standalone piece of work, but will be used as part of future work in this area \(which will be subject to a separate procurement process\)\.
