## Description

Herefordshire Council wishes to appoint a contractor to reline gutters and upgrade existing windows at Riverside Primary School, Hereford, HR2 7JF\. Works to commence on 14 April 2025 with an anticipated 2 week programme\. The school is currently experiencing internal water ingress from multiple locations from roof level\. In addition, it was noted that most high-level windows do not have capping or sealant to the end of cills leaving a gap to allow driving rain internally\.
