## Description

Central Bedfordshire Council has appointed a provider to provide a comprehensive evaluation to show the outcomes and impacts from the Time2Connect \(T2C\) Project, which was commissioned to deliver assets-based community development in Houghton Regis, with a view to determining the viability of future commissioning\. The evaluation will be used to identify whether T2C was effective in supporting and connecting local residents in line with the original aims and objectives of the Project, as documented in the Specification, as well as identifying any unforeseen outcomes and impacts, especially in light of the context provided by the COVID-19 Pandemic\.
