Provision of Logging and Transcription Services. A scheduling system for loggers for Professional Regulation activities; • Transcripts securely communicated electronically to a given Professional Regulation e-mail address or preferably via a dedicated secure portal. • Recruitment and selection of individual loggers; • A system for ensuring continuing competency of individual loggers and verbatim writers, via a regular assessment of competency; • Developing and maintaining a feedback and performance management mechanism for individual loggers and verbatim writers; • Ensure performance management data enables demonstrable and continual improvement of the service; • To provide transcripts within a maximum of 3 working days for normal requests and one 1 working day for any that are required to be expedited. Additional information: Notice updated 16 Nov 2023 - Contract extended for optional 4th Year with 25% increase in maximum contract value.
