## Description

The successful single supplier will be awarded a separate contract with each Council\. A fundamental requirement is the development of a tri-partnering-type arrangement between the successful consultant and the 2 Councils\. This will further develop the continuous improvement and performance in overall service provision that both organisations have demonstrated under the previous professional services contract\. A partnering type culture supports the establishment of a single delivery resource, nominally between the consultant and the respective Council but equally between the 3 organisations\. This would be founded on the combination of the services of the consultant with the 2 Council's own in-house resources to work jointly on delivering a range of engineering construction and transportation based services, functions and projects\. There will also be elements of the services that would require the consultant to provide a professional lead\. Link to PIN: 2016/S 246-449459
