CHC Domiciliary Care Specialist Support - West Essex CCG

This notice is to notify the market of the award of a contract to Evalucom Consulting to put in place an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) Framework for CHC Domiciliary Care. The CHC Domiciliary Care market represents nearly 50% of all commissioned care packages in West Essex. Commissioning CHC domiciliary care services has significant challenges which includes specific specialist skills gaps, variable prices between providers for the same care and high turnover of staff which impacts negatively on continuity. Evalucom Consulting are specialists in CHC Domiciliary Care and provide an end-to-end commissioning solution. Evalucom will work with West Essex CCG to lead the development of a bespoke service specification including quality indicators to support development of a tiered pricing structure. Delivery of the procurement process to put in place the AQP Framework and will deliver the ongoing management of the providers through their CarePulse system providing regular quality and placement reporting to the CCG to support ongoing management of the market.
