Rutland County Council: The Provision of Landscape Study/Assessment for the Local Plan in Rutland

This Request for Quotation is issued by Rutland County Council in respect of the Local Plan Landscape Assessment work comprising: • update the existing Rutland Landscape Character Assessment, published in 2003, to accord with more recent Natural England guidance and good practice • update and review the existing Landscape Sensitivity and Capacity studies for the two towns and Local Service Centres to bring them in line with Natural England's guidance (2019) as Landscape Sensitivity Studies • to prepare a landscape led approach to the review of the Planned Limits of Development based on landscape character and visual analysis evidence Further information is available in the Specification. The deadline for completed quote submissions to be received on the eTendering Portal is 12:00 noon on 10th March 2022. The Contract is due to commence on 1st April 2022.
