Scope of the subcontract works This package includes all management, labour, plant and materials and any other resources necessary to properly carry out and complete the Hoarding/fencing design, independent design checking, co-ordination, procurement, fabrication, supply, delivery, off-loading, distribution, and installation of Hoarding/fencing works across SCS JV asset sites for HS2 in Area West.
