Work description
The Council's requirement is for the provision of Workplace and Facilities Management services which has been broken down into two Lots:
Lot 1 - Hard FM Services including the delivery of reactive repairs, planned improvement works, asset installation and minor project works
Lot 2 - Soft FM Services including cleaning and ancillary services
