## Description

The Council on behalf of the schools wish to appoint a single provider under framework agreement, for the provision of School Catering to schools under individual call-off contracts\.\\r The contract period will be for 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 1 year,\\r \(3\+1 year\) by agreement with the council, schools, and the provider\\r The Framework will be available to the following organisations:\\r • Bristol City Council \(BCC\) Maintained Schools, Nursery Schools, Academy Schools,\\r and other educational establishments\. Please see Section 10 - 'school profiles' for\\r listing and details of schools and nurseries\.\\r • Academy Schools, who are in a group, included in the above-named Authorities, but\\r also in other Authorities where the Academy Group operates\.\\r • The Local Authorities in the Southwest Region of England as follows:\\r • Bath and North East Somerset,\\r • Bournemouth,\\r • Christchurch and Poole,\\r • Bristol,\\r • Cornwall,\\r • Devon,\\r • Dorset,\\r • Gloucestershire,\\r • Isles of Scilly,\\r • North Somerset,\\r • Plymouth,\\r • Somerset,\\r • South Gloucestershire,\\r • Swindon,\\r • Torbay\\r • Wiltshire\.
