## Description

Rother District Council \('the Council'\) sought a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide Environmental Offences Enforcement services in the Rother District\. The services will include patrolling areas of the District, issuing fixed penalty notices and prosecuting for environmental offences, investigation of fly-tips and promotional work to reduce risk of further environmental offences\.
