## Description

North West Leicestershire District Council \(NWLDC\) is seeking the services of a suitably competent service provider to undertake clearance and cleansing services to Empty Homes \(voids\) and their associated gardens on behalf of the Council’s In-House Repairs Team \(IRT\)\.
