ESPH CN Hailsham Town Centre Masterplan - Planning Services (ESPH355) - AWARD

Wealden District Council sought suppliers to provide Town Planning Services to develop the Hailsham Aspires Development Masterplan up to RIBA stage 2 and the submission of a validated outline planning application. It will look at how they can deliver an exciting and successful high-quality area within the town centre, that comprises of retail, office / employment, residential, leisure, public realm, civic space and car parking, that both fulfils the needs and desires of Hailsham now, and in the future.
