Description
Grounds Maintenance Services in the West Urban Region of Stonewater housing stock. The contract will be split into two lots - 1 - Coventry, 2 - Warwickshire. Grounds Maintenance services included are: grass cutting/ hard + grassed area maintenance/ maintaining flower beds and hedges. The aim of this procurement is to have the contract in place and live April 2025. Section 20 leaseholder consultation forms part of this process. It is intended for the tender to be published early December. Contract award will be based on price and quality. Bidders can bid for both lots, however can only be appointed to one. Full award criteria will be provided in the tender documents. The opportunity will be published to Find a Tender Service and Delta E-procurement portal.
