## Description

The Council is looking to procure a consultant to review the current repairs and maintenance delivery model and contract for our c18,000 Council Homes and to make recommendations which: • Support the 5-year review process for the existing contract \(which is due to expire on 31st March 2031\)\. This contract will be fulfilled\. • Provides options for future delivery models \(beyond 2031\), including organisational contract management options\. To include procurement, cost, resource, and efficiency considerations\.
