The County Council wishes to procure the following the following work:\\r Hensingham Day Services is to be vacated by the service users for the duration of the works\.\\r Works consist of:-\\r • Mechanical - full hot water, heating plant and heating distribution network replacement;\\r • Electrical -full lighting and small power replacement;\\r • Fabric - catering kitchen removal, formation of new meeting room, suspended ceilings, decoration, floor covering works, external canopy replacement;
