Please quote to supply the Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust with a 36 month contract starting April 2018\. If you are unable to fix your prices for the full 38 months, please state period you are able to fix until - min\. initial 12 months\. Any price increases must in inline with inflation\.
