## Description

A four stage approach \(with break clause after each stage\) for the delivery of CBMDC's Bereavement Strategy in relation to its crematoria: Stage 1: Feasibility study of 5 identified new sites for 2 new crematoria up to RIBA stage 2\. Detailed design and tender for the refurbishment of one existing crematorium\. Budget estimates for the refurbishment of the further 2 existing crematoria\. Provide specialist advice on all aspects of the delivery of the Bereavement Strategy particularly the cremation process\. Stage 2: Develop detailed design and prepare tender documents for 2 new crematoria to RIBA stage 4\. Deliver refurbishment of an existing crematorium\. Stage 3: Deliver first new crematoria to P/C\. Stage 4: Deliver second new crematoria to P/C\.
