1-958 Design Requirements - 5 Lane Motorway Research

Highways England is seeking the provision of services to: - Research the inclusion of an additional Motorway traffic lane to the current permitted maximum of 4 lanes allowed for in TD 27/05 Cross Sections and Headrooms. - Research the inclusion of an additional All-Purpose Trunk Roads (APTR) traffic lane to the current permitted maximum of 3 lanes allowed for in TD 27/05 Cross Sections and Headrooms. - Provide evidence to support the inclusion of a 3-lane ghost island diverge arrangement into CD 122 (CD 122 replaces TD 22/06 Grade Separated Junctions).
