1.8 The value of the Authority’s capital projects programme (works cost exc. Major Projects) over the next 3 years is forecast to be circa £8m. The Authority’s requirements will be broken down into 5 Lots; 1. Architects 2. Civil/Structural Engineers 3. Principal Designer 4. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering 5. Quantity Surveyors You may submit interest in one, or any number of Lots. The Contract will be 36 months in duration, with the option to extend by two periods of 12 months, giving a total possible duration of 60 months (5 years).
