## Description

NPQH, NPQSL and NPQML PROGRAMME DELIVERY\\r ENFIELD LA 2020-21\\r \\r School & Early Years Improvement Service \(part of Enfield Council\) require the delivery of NPQH, NPQSL and NPQML for clusters of schools during the academic year 2020 - 2021\. These programmes will form part of our Professional Learning programme being offered to 96 Enfield Schools\. \\r \\r For each programme we will require: - \\r \\r • Responsive administrative and organisational support\\r • Work alongside locally identified school-based facilitators\\r • Training and assessment of facilitators\\r • Training delivered locally in Enfield based cluster groups\\r • Quality assurance of the programme and facilitators\\r • A blended learning approach\\r • Face to face training resources \\r • Online materials for the programme\\r • Online discussions and support\\r • Peer group meetings or support sessions\\r • Provision of trained mentors where needed\\r • Diagnostic development tools \\r • Final assessment \\r • Support available beyond face to face sessions to assist with assessment\\r • A track record of candidates' successful completion of the programmes\\r • Value for money per unit\.\\r Each programme is unlikely to have no more than 25 delegates\.
