## Description

The City invited Quotations for the provision of Test, inspection and reporting of landlord electrical supplies\. The works consist of carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports to various blocks around the estate owned or managed by City of London\. Minor rectification work is expected but limited\. Once properties are inspected, a comprehensive report is to be supplied to City of London for review as part of it's Asset Management Strategy and compliance\.
