Media Monitoring Services

Description

The contract is for the provision of Media Monitoring and Evaluation Services, more fully described below, to the BBC. The BBC is acting on its own behalf and as an agent to the BBC Group. Any reference in this document to the BBC shall be deemed to include a reference to the BBC Group and constituent entities unless the context requires otherwise. Press Monitoring - monitoring of specified keywords and topics within print content and mainstream online news, trade, consumer, local and regional media including delivery of results and reports to the BBC. Human-driven Evaluation and Analysis - the evaluation and analysis of the results of monitoring through human review, including delivery of results and reports to the BBC; and Evaluation and Analysis - automated assessment of the media monitoring results data including instant user access to reports on the BBC. There will be an initial term of 24 months with a possible extension of a further 12 months.
