## Description

National Highways is starting preparations to replace the existing suite of contracts used by Operations including the Maintenance and Response \(M&R\) Contract\. National Highways is seeking external specialist technical advice to support the National Programmes Team to develop the future contracting mechanisms to support Operations delivery and contingency planning arrangements\.
