Demolition and Rebuild to Exeter City Council Housing Properties

Expressions of interest are sought from contractors of proven experience to carry out demolition and rebuild of 17no ‘Laings Easiform’ houses in the Cowick area of the City.

The works involve: Demolition of 17no existing semi-detached ‘Laings Easiform’ properties (in separate locations) around the Buddle Lane Estate (Cowick) Exeter. All properties are 1 of a pair of semi-detached dwellings. Rebuild with an extended, modern thermally efficient, timber framed 3 bed construction.

The contract is due to commence in August 2016 and be completed in 18 months.
