A shortlisting exercise was carried out via the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Research Marketplace DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) framework (reference RM6126). An Invitation to Tender was issued via Ofsted's e-procurement portal (www.delta-esourcing.com) to all of the Suppliers that were shortlisted. There were two lots in the Invitation to Tender: Lot 1: Parents, carers, and the public Lot 2: The Sectors we inspect and regulate The appointed Suppliers will be commissioned to carry out mixed methods research by using, for example, online surveys/polls and focus groups interviews. Additional information: The contract value overall for both lots is £478,045. Additional headroom in the contract has been added to allow for the contract to be extended at Ofsted's discretion for a maximum period of 24 months. The overall contract value is therefore £956,090.
