## Description

The County Council wishes to procure the following work package: Removal of Victorian Ceilings in 25no rooms of varying sizes and replacing suspended ceilings Re-roofing of 5no roof slopes Re-pointing of 1no elevation of stonework The procurement will be undertaken using the Capital Schemes Framework through a mini-competition between a maximum of 4 framework suppliers\.
