## Description

The Authority wishes to award a contract for a Habitats Regulations Assessment \(HRA\) of the North Yorkshire Local Plan\. 2\.3\. The HRA will provide a key piece of the evidence base to support the preparation of the Plan at each stage up to Submission stage as well as at the Examination in Public\.
