FRAMEWORK CALL OFF AGREEMENT: SPECIALIST FACILITIES SERVICES - Joint Venture with FERA Science Ltd

The principal requirement is for a fully managed laboratory facility necessary to allow the customer to satisfy its statutory obligations relating to animal health and environmental protection; food safety/standards and Food Chain Contingencies.
