Description
The IT strategy for HM Land Registry is to maintain a reliable and flexible ICT estate to achieve the successful delivery of the Business Strategy. HM Land Registry's focus is on transforming our services to increase efficiency through digital transformation while ensuring we maintain a stable core statutory service. Our data centre strategy is fundamentally linked to the risk appetite of the organisation and drives the level of resilience we have in our IT systems. In alignment with the HM Land Registry Data Centre strategy to rationalise and reduce its Critical Infrastructure estate, HM Land Registry is currently undertaking a project which requires Works to enable re-hosting some of the Mainframe Hardware at one of its Plymouth-based Data Centres. HM Land Registry have already appointed a Project Adviser (Future-tech), to carry out: the initial high-level design and specification work, produce the Invitation to Tender and assist us with running the tender exercise and evaluating bids received for the Works. The Project Adviser will then also project manage the appointed Contractor up to final handover.
