Description
Worcester City Council invited enders for the resurfacing and remarking of St Martin's Gate Multi Storey Car Park. The works include replacement of the waterproof deck coating to the exposed areas of the fourth floor and roof level, reinstatement of line marking throughout all levels, and associated concrete repairs identified through recent structural and condition surveys. The car park will remain operational during the works, so bidders must provide clear proposals for phasing and safe access management. All works must be delivered in line with the technical specification, Triflex system requirements, and BS EN 1504 standards. We have appointed Triflex via the B2G FRS Flat Roofing Systems framework, and then thanks to B2G's 'dynamic open framework' format, the contract can then be assigned to an Triflex approved contractor to carry out the works via the same framework.
