The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Tender for the detailed and technical design of the Active Todmorden project\. Todmorden Town Deal Board has received funding of £17\.5m from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to deliver a package of improvements across Todmorden\. The Active Todmorden scheme is part of these improvements\.
