## Description

CPI have a requirement to create two usable areas from a redundant transformer room at the Neville Hamlin Building facility, Sedgefield\. The redundant transformer has been removed and the room is now empty\. The plan is to use the room as a storage area \(1st Floor\) and a workshop area \(Ground Floor\)\. The proposal is to utilise this space, which is currently open from floor to ceiling height, to create 2 useable areas\. The ground floor to be used as a workshop area and the first floor \(following the installation of a mezzanine structure and other works\) to be used as a spare's storage area\. The works will involve supply and installation of a mezzanine floor, structural works including installation of a door opening, electrical works, fire detection, joinery to existing doors and application to local council for building regs compliance\.
