Residential Strategy - Consultant

The University is looking to revise its Residential Strategy, and would like to work with a consultancy partner to help re-assess its residential needs and portfolio offer.

Specifically, we would expect the successful Consultant to offer and/or carry out the following services:

- Market Analysis and Project Feasibility Study - Operational Assessment - Budget Analysis - Due Diligence Services
