GB-London: BTA1088 Provision of Coach Services for ExploreGB 2019 Event

In May 2019, VisitBritain is hosting more than 250 top international buyers from over 40 countries, as well as around 20-30 international media specially selected by its teams around the world. These guests will take part in VisitBritain's largest annual international industry event, ExploreGB from 8 - 10 May 2019 in Harrogate, where they will meet and do business with around 200 British and Irish tourism suppliers and destinations. The event will be complimented by large-scale educational trips around Britain for the international delegates.

Educationals are the best way of showcasing the Great British product to buyers from across the world. ExploreGB's trips will develop understanding of the nations and regions of Britain and offer a wider choice of itineraries for buyers. Strictly by invitation only, these delegates are all key decision-makers in booking Britain and naturally VisitBritain wants to provide them with a first class experience throughout their stay.

VisitBritain requires a travel company to provide coach transportation for its 20 educationals around the ExploreGB event in Harrogate taking place on 8-10 May 2019.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
