## Description

Cornwall Council will shortly be commencing a procurement process to appoint a single consultant to be accountable and responsible for the delivery of capital projects for the Council from RIBA 0 to RIBA 7\. The service will include the provision of project and cost management, design, procurement, on-site supervision services and other related services\. A briefing session will be held at 2pm on Tuesday 1st November at New County Hall in Cornwall to discuss the opportunity in greater detail, to register an interest in attending please contact Stuart Hinde\. Attached to this Notice are the draft Specification and Method of Operation\. Interested parties are invited to review and provide feedback on their content\. Any feedback receive will be kept confidential\.
