Logistics - Taxi Hire Services

The BBC requires a managed service (including booking and supply) of private hire, taxi and taxi bike services capable of providing a full UK and international taxi service. The BBC has bases around the UK including the Hebrides and the Channel Islands and therefore there may be a requirement for taxis in these areas.

The total value of this contract is estimated at £60m - £74m over the full seven-year term, including extension options.

The Contract will have an initial term of five (5) years, starting from 1 July 2019 The BBC may extend the term on one or more occasions for up to a maximum total extension period of twenty-four months. Applicants should note that this term and possible options to extend may be discussed during the procurement process.
