## Description

The BBC requires a managed service \(including booking and supply\) of private hire, taxi and taxi bike services capable of providing a full UK and international taxi service\. The BBC has bases around the UK including the Hebrides and the Channel Islands and therefore there may be a requirement for taxis in these areas\. The total value of this contract is estimated at £60m - £74m over the full seven-year term, including extension options\. The Contract will have an initial term of five \(5\) years, starting from 1 July 2019 The BBC may extend the term on one or more occasions for up to a maximum total extension period of twenty-four months\. Applicants should note that this term and possible options to extend may be discussed during the procurement process\.
