## Description

Stroud District Council \(SDC\) invites your Organisation to complete the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and provide a tender for the servicing of Welfare Equipment Contract\. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in June 2016 and will run for four years with an option to continue for up to a further six years in two separate extensions of up to three years each \(subject to agreement by both parties and performance\)\.
