## Description

As part of the Council's strategy to maximise the independence of Kingston residents, the Council procured a Change Partner to manage the delivery of a proof of concept for Technology Enabled Care \(TEC\) within long term care settings in Adult Social Care\. This is a one year contract and the Authority may extend this Agreement by two further extension periods of 12 months each\.
