Description

The specialist project-based role required is Strategic Commissioner. The supplier is required to provide an individual with the appropriate skillset and experience to assist the Family Hubs Lead over the specified period of time to implement the 'start up' and pilot phase of the programme activity. This will include but is not limited to, supporting the development and commissioning of a range of pilots which will deliver a number of discreet project activity to meet identified needs following a full data and intelligence review which is underway with our key partners currently. The Strategic Commissioner will not be expected to devise the pilot plans but will assist the Family Hub Lead in the administrative and specialist commissioning of these pilots
