The Provision of Consultancy Support to Services in Connection with the Procurement of Primary Schools for Worcestershire County Council.

The offer to provide a procurement and commercial advice service to Worcestershire's Commercial department is based on the following and includes for:

* Identifying a project/requirement brief. * Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders of the project/requirement. * Assisting in the preparation and critiquing of specifications. *Identifying the most appropriate procurement route. * Undertaking market research and engagement activities. * Preparation of invitation to tender documentation. * Running the tender process using the Council's e-procurement portal * Overseeing the moderation process on returned tenders. * Liaising with stakeholders and Legal to award contracts. * Advising on the appropriate contract management process to manage the contracts.
