## Description

The Provision of Consultancy Support to Services in Connection with the Procurement of Primary Schools for Worcestershire County Council\. The offer to provide a procurement and commercial advice service to Worcestershire's Commercial department is based on the following and includes for: \* Identifying a project/requirement brief\. \* Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders of the project/requirement\. \* Assisting in the preparation and critiquing of specifications\. \*Identifying the most appropriate procurement route\. \* Undertaking market research and engagement activities\. \* Preparation of invitation to tender documentation\. \* Running the tender process using the Council's e-procurement portal \* Overseeing the moderation process on returned tenders\. \* Liaising with stakeholders and Legal to award contracts\. \* Advising on the appropriate contract management process to manage the contracts\.
