Design and work supervision contract - Refurbishment of the reception area

The contract core mission includes design and supervision of works to refurbish the main entrance and the staff entrance of Lycee Francais Charles de Gaulle, South Kensington (London). The scope of services includes two parts. A firm part of contracted services from RIBA stage 1 to RIBA stage 3 (RIBA Plan of Work 2013) and a conditional part of contracted services from RIBA stage 4 to RIBA stage 7 (RIBA Plan of Work 2013).
