## Description

The internal refurbishment of the Force Control room, kitchenette, Rest Rooms and ancillary meeting rooms\. The works will include the refurbishment of the following rooms: Force Control Room and ancillary meeting rooms / kitchenette Support Office SMT Room Refreshment Room / Kitchen Contemplation Room The works will include remodelling the existing layouts, with new flooring, ceilings, doors and decoration throughout\. The works will also include alteration and renewal of M&E including heating and lighting\. The approximate combined GIA of the work areas is 1325m²\.
