## Description

This is an integrated identification service that enables FSCS to have increased confidence in verifying an individual's identity whilst supporting a frictionless customer journey\. The service verifies the identify of customers, representatives, beneficiaries, or trustees automatically through the FSSCS claims portal or manually \(where required\) via an internal claims process using the web-based solution\. Additional information: The contract includes the option to extend for a further year
