Work description
ECC wish for the Resident Survey to return to an annual schedule in order to:
• Deliver annual metrics to feed into ECC's organisational performance reporting;
• Support the organisation with timely insights across its key strategic priorities; and
• Provide the Leader and Chief Executive with regular insights into public perceptions of ECC.
